Intermediate Bellydance

$100 / 8-week session or $15 drop-in

This class is designed for the student who is ready to expand their bellydance horizons beyond the basics! The movements learned in Beginning Bellydance become the building blocks for more complex movements, traveling steps and combinations, including the introduction of flowing, graceful veil-work! An introduction to zils (finger cymbals) will also be covered. Please bring a hip-scarf, finger cymbals and a 3-yard veil to every class.

CLASS ATTIRE:
No street shoes on the dance-floor. Bare feet, socks, or appropriate dance shoes (no narrow heels) are acceptable. Wear comfortable, stretchy and easy-to-move-in attire, such as workout/yoga pants and tank- top or t-shirt. No skirts or jeans. This enables the instructor to better monitor technique and posture. Please bring a hip scarf, veil, finger cymbals, a bottle of water and pen/paper to every class.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Hazardous Weather Conditions – No class is worth compromising your safety. If a Winter Weather Advisory or Warning (not a Watch) is in effect for Franklin County, Ohio, at 5:00 pm on the day or your class, all classes for that evening are automatically cancelled. If you would like to verify, please call 614-607-1320. If you have pre-paid for that class, you will be given credit toward another class.

Student Cancellation – If a student does not attend a pre-paid class for any reason (other than stated above), no refund or credit will be issued.

Teacher Cancellation – Every effort will be made to ensure that a teacher is available for every class/session. However, if a class is cancelled by the teacher for any reason, every effort will be made to inform all students of the change via email & telephone. Pre-paid students may choose credit toward another class/session, or a prorated refund for that class/session.

Although every effort is made not to cancel a class, please note that all classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
